| Rhi is...also referred to as Pink Spider. She is an insufferable academic with a dry, sometimes sick brand of humour. She tends to be rather caustic and potentially insulting (a warning to those who may be more sensitive). She's generally amiable towards those who don't outwardly irritate her. She's a bit of an arrogant narcissist, or so she's told. But on the flip side, she's a hopeless geek. She plays both sides of the reality spectrum by geeking out in the sciences as well as delving (as a skeptic) into paranormal and metaphysical research. She attends the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with focuses in geology and Japanese. She's pursuing more specialized studies in paleontology simply to be able to traipse around in the desert and claim that it's for science. Her current research entails the study of late Permian rocks and invertebrate marine fossils. So far, she has examined samples collected from a site in Nevada containing a rare comfortable P-Tr boundary (possibly the only one in North America). She is currently attending Kansai Gaidai in Hirakata, Japan where she has the opportunity to visit and collect from Japanese outcrops which also contain exposed permotriassic boundaries. Geekgasm. She is a member of House Kheperu, and therefore is able to field any related questions.  She is also trying her hand at being pretentious enough to refer to herself in the third person. |
